Love this place but they need to open more registers when they see lines ! Be prepared to wait in line for a very long time

This specific location has gone significantly downhill since the new management took over. It was bad enough when they were pricing items around $50 and up now you can't even get your Internet to work in the store. As someone who prefers to put on my headphones and listen to music to block out the background noise this is a major flaw.

I stopped donating and shopping here because of a truly terrible manager that they kept far too long but she’s finally gone and the place has now been lifted up. The employees are pleasant and although they remodeled and made the store smaller it has good prices on furniture and books etc. The clothing can be priced high and the quality is not the best but they do have 50% off sales once a week. I’m happy to be donating to a good cause again.

The dropoff area isn't monitored and it took me a while to know that I was in the right location. I happened to have my 7 and 5 year old granddaughters with me, and I wish it was more clearly marked as the "Drop Off" location. ALSO, we went shopping in the store and it was quite sparce. I think they could possibly sell more items if they displayed everything in a more organized manner. The thrift store called "Savers" is much better. First, if you donate items, they give you a coupon for 10% off anything in the store and the items are displayed so it's not difficult to find a few things that aren't clothing as well.

This location seems to be very understaffed. Changing room and return rack were both filling up. Most of the clothes were very overpriced. I wouldn’t pay $5-$7 for very worn shirts with and some with stains on them. I did find a really nice jacket tho, so it wasn’t a wasted trip. There are some treasures, but you have to hunt them down.
